What the Job Involves
You will undertake risk and care needs assessments for service users and carers, manage a diverse caseload, and ensure the protection and safety of individuals through compliance with legislation and policy. You will collaborate with other agencies and professionals, engage sensitively with clients and carers, and provide necessary reports and documentation. Additionally, you will support the development of new services and maintain high standards of client records.
