Your background includes relevant qualifications and experience in business support, preferably within statutory children's services. You are committed to maintaining confidentiality and working within established guidelines and procedures.
What the Job Involves
This role involves taking accurate, non-verbatim minutes of strategy meetings and other Children, Young People (CYP) statutory meetings. You will support the independent chair in the creation and update of child protection plans, as well as record meeting attendees and assist in managing sensitive information securely. The role requires the inputting of minute-related data into an IT system and involves suggesting process improvements. Additionally, you will be required to undertake various administrative tasks as needed.
