The Quality Assurance Officer role is essential to the Enfield Council reablement service, providing oversight and management for a team of four reablement officers. Key responsibilities include line management, practice observations, performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with operational requirements. You will lead audit activities, oversee staff rotas and work allocation, monitor staff absences, and assure safe practice in risk and medication assessments. The role is office-based, with community observations and potential remote work up to two days a week for audit tasks.
