What the Job Involves
This full-time, Monday to Friday position (37 hours per week) involves organizing both Agency and PCC Passenger Assistant recruitment. You will handle tasks such as organizing interviews, managing paperwork, uploading documents, and tracking the progress from application to workplace deployment. You will liaise with prospective candidates, assist successful individuals in completing necessary documentation, and drive around Plymouth to distribute recruitment information. You may be required to perform additional duties appropriate to your grade.

- Full clean driving licence
- Access to a vehicle for travel across Plymouth
- Positive can-do attitude
- Computer literacy (Microsoft packages)
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Basic level DBS certification
