The London Borough of Lewisham's Housing Needs Service is seeking a Void Coordinator. The ideal candidate is someone who can effectively oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids. You will have the capability to contract manage contractors, ensuring the delivery of quality services and securing value for money.

What the Job Involves

As a Void Coordinator, you will be responsible for turning around voids quickly and reducing the backlog. You will draft Scopes of Work (SoW) using the relevant Schedule of Rates (SoR) codes and act as a liaison between different departments within the organization to ensure seamless operations.
