You are a highly motivated and specialized social worker with experience in both safeguarding and disability. You possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by disabled children and their families and are committed to helping them achieve their full potential. You are ready to join a dynamic and innovative team that prioritizes the safety and support of disabled children in Swindon.

What the Job Involves

As an Experienced Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities Team, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and supporting disabled children in Swindon. You will work collaboratively with multi-agency partners at the Saltway Centre to provide a comprehensive and holistic service to disabled children, young people, and their families. Your work will be driven by the latest research and innovative practices to ensure the best outcomes for the children you support. You will also benefit from a £100 weekly travel and accommodation allowance, applicable for those residing more than 50 miles from Swindon, until 31st August 2026.
