What the Job Involves
This role involves leading and managing the Disrepair Service to resolve disrepair claims efficiently while minimizing legal exposure. You will supervise a team of Litigation Officers and Disrepair Surveyors, ensuring effective use of resources and compliance with financial and legal requirements. You are responsible for adhering to Legal Disrepair procedures and implementing improvements to resolve cases swiftly and satisfactorily for residents.
