What the job involves
The position involves working with the North Kesteven Family Help Team, with a base in North Hykeham, Lincoln. You will handle referrals through a duty rota system, being on duty one week in every four. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and providing support for children involved in Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children In Care cases. You will also be involved in both public and private law proceedings. The role offers hybrid working conditions requiring a minimum of two days onsite per week, with full-time onsite presence during duty weeks.
