What the Job Involves
This role is centered on processing referrals and determining the appropriate pathway for each child's needs according to the Pan London threshold matrix. You'll work within Sutton’s Children’s First Contact Service, which serves as the primary contact for early help and children's social care inquiries. You'll ensure that all referrals receive a consistent and efficient response. Occasionally, you may be required to travel outside of the borough to support young people or vulnerable adults.
