You are committed to ensuring the highest quality of professional safeguarding practice and are capable of working collaboratively with a team. Your expertise enables you to manage risk effectively and make defensible decisions aligned with legislation, policies, and best practices.
What the Job Involves
The role involves working with key stakeholders to initiate and conduct safeguarding enquiries, ensuring effective risk management and decision-making. You will work closely with the team, including another Advanced Practitioner and Senior Managers, to support daily operations. You will provide professional supervision to Experienced Social Workers and a Care Navigator and offer consultation services to other professionals regarding safeguarding protocols. Additionally, you will assist Duty workers in triaging and streamlining referrals to enhance service provision.
